About the Opportunity
PlumbLink is looking for an experienced and reliable Plasterer to support our plumbing, bathroom and home improvement projects on an ad hoc subcontract basis.
This would suit a local plasterer looking for additional work alongside their existing customers and commitments.
Work will be offered as projects become available, with the scope and price agreed before commencement.
The Work
Typical work may include:
• Full wall and ceiling skimming
• Plasterboard installation
• Plastering new walls and ceilings
• Repairing areas following plumbing work
• Ceiling repairs
• Patch plastering
• Making good around new pipework
• Making good following removal of fixtures and fittings
• Preparing walls for decorating
• Bathroom and kitchen plastering
• Small refurbishment projects
• General internal plastering and finishing
Jobs may range from small repair and making good visits through to complete rooms.

Ideally, you will have:
• Proven plastering experience
• Excellent finishing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Own tools and equipment
• Own suitable vehicle
• Appropriate insurance
• Good communication skills
• Reliable timekeeping
• Professional attitude
• Ability to work cleanly in occupied homes
• Pride in producing a high quality finish
Photographs or examples of previous work would be beneficial.
Payment
This is an ad hoc subcontracting position.
Payment will be agreed according to the individual project and may be based on a fixed job price or agreed labour rate.
Working Area
Work will primarily be within High Wycombe and approximately a 10 to 15 mile radius, including Beaconsfield, Marlow, Amersham, Hazlemere, Holmer Green, Bourne End, Wooburn Green, Princes Risborough and surrounding locations.
