Excellent Service - Professional, Knowledgeable and Reliable Had a great experience with PlumbLink. They upgraded our heating controls to a new Hive system, replaced a faulty heating zone valve and serviced our hot water cylinder. Everything was explained clearly beforehand and the work was carried out professionally and tidily. They took the time to set up and test everything properly and made sure the heating and hot water were working correctly before finishing. I originally contacted PlumbLink to replace a shower that had been leaking. They called me back within the hour to understand what was required and arranged to carry out the work on the Monday morning. On the day, they called to confirm they were still required and gave me an estimated arrival time. They arrived on time and carried out exactly what I needed. A year later, I needed their help again with an emergency leak at my home. I contacted PlumbLink and they came out straight away. They investigated and located the leak, opened the ceiling to gain access and found a split pipe fitting. The damaged fitting was replaced and they also replaced the main stopcock with a new lever valve. Everything was thoroughly checked afterwards and left working with no further leaks. Once again, the service was excellent - reliable, knowledgeable and very helpful, especially for someone like me who doesn't know much about plumbing! It's reassuring to have someone you can call in an emergency and know they'll do their best to get to you quickly. We found Haroon from Plumblink on google who carried out our boiler and heating maintenance work very efficiently and professionally. We had pretty bad experience previously since 2017 when we go our kitchen extension done by polish plumber Jack. We were in a belief that after spending thousands of £££££ our builder’s has done a decent job but the issues started coming up as soon as they finished at our property. Haroon has done great job in identifying and then correcting wiring, piping work and power flush of the whole heating system and I hope our heating system will work much better than in the past 9/10 years.

Great service from Haroon at PlumbLink. Good communication and very efficient at solving our plumbing issue. We had a leak on the mains water in a difficult access (of course) Haroon got on with the job and soon had it fixed.
